App Store Sales
Category: Finance
Released: -
Version 1.3 | 0,2 MB | 0,79 EUR
Check your daily and weeks App Store sales within seconds! It takes only some snatches to satisfy your curiosity. If you save your iTunes Connect account data (Apple ID and Password) within the app's setup you only need one tap to get a beautiful sorted list of yesterday's sales - see the corresponding figure below.
It depends on the time zone when the sales of the previous day are available. In Germany they will be released late in the morning. Wherever you (and your iPhone of course <g>) are - a simple tap makes your day (hopefully...) without the need to visit iTunes Connect on the internet. Just save all these bothersome data inputs - using "App Store Sales" a tap and a sight answer your daily question "What's up with my sales?".
See for yourself - like sooooooooo (until now):
- Load iTunes Connect
- Enter Password, Return
- Click Trends-/Sales Reports
- Enter Password, Return
- Choose Report Type
- Choose Report Period
- Choose Day or Week
- Select Preview
- Some mental arithmetic calculating the total <g>
... or like so (in the future, with "App Store Sales"):
- Tap "Load Report" - the previous day is selected as default. Change it if you like. After some instants you get the sorted list.
The application loads the reports from your iTunes Connect account. Weekly reports can be stored on your iPhone if desired. They are saved forever then and can be checked offline without an internet connection - perfect for comparing sales and detecting trends in the long run. As is generally known iTunes Connect only remembers 7 days and 13 weeks. You can delete the offline files at any time if you like - though text files doesn't cost much space.
Supplementary daily and weekly reports can be send to a configurable e-mail address as text or HTML mail. This also only takes two taps - and your reports are safely archived.
PROPERTIES:
- Designed to show your daily and weekly sales of your App Store applications as quickly and comfortable as possible.
- Shows "Country", "Free", "Paid", "Total", "Currency".
- Clearly arranged list, sorted by applications.
- Countries are ordered by sales, highest first.
- Shows totals of all sales of an application in a currency of your choice.
- Mail reports to a configurable e-mail address with a single tap (plain text or HTML format).
- For overcautious users: For security reasons you can resign to store your Apple ID and password within the application's setup. However you have to enter both manually then.

VERSION 1.0 (2009-01-09):
- Sometimes mails with HTML format are not accepted. For those cases you can send them as pure text reports. iPhone's string coding is quite complicated - but I'm working on this issue <g>.
- Mails are sended by iPhone's mail application. After sending a report as mail the "App Store Sales" application will be finished by nature and has to launch again manually. This is caused by the restrictions of the iPhone SDK and cannot be bypassed. On the other hand using the mail application for sending reports has pros like adding text or other recipients.
VERSION 1.1 (2009-02-16):
- Help and About text were not displayed using the right language setting (EN/DE).
- Number formats also corrected.
VERSION 1.2 (2009-03-18):
- Minor bugs fixed.
VERSION 1.3 (2009-04-16):
- Currency corrected if only updates, no paid applications were sold.
